Red Tailed Hawk

I left early for the refuge at home it was nice and clear with beautiful light.  When I arrived at the refuge it was 32 degrees and foggy.  The weather improved and I had fun capturing birds.  A shot in the Extra Photos of the scene when I arrived.

I have a pot of chili cooking, mac n cheese (vegan) prepared and salads, so this afternoon we can watch the super bowl.  (Actually I don't really watch, but can catch up on blip etc on the laptop and keep hubby company.)
