Kemnay Parish Church

This is the Church of Scotland Parish Church in Kemnay, a town (greatly expanded over recent years) in rural Aberdeenshire about eight miles from where my parents live. Both are Elders at the Church and they used to be involved in the Sunday School/Sunday Youth Group that I attended before drifting away as a teenager. An attractive symetric design, the Church was completed in 1894 and is surrounded by an extensive burial ground that's still in use. Rev. John Renton is the current minister who's been in place for about twenty years but is due for a well deserved retirement soon.
