Columbia Road

After a lazy day yesterday we got up early today to go to the flower market. Getting there early meant we didn’t have to queue for coffee and bacon butties or struggle with the crowds and could get into some of the tiny shops which line the street. All little terraced houses turned into independent shops, terribly expensive of course but with some lovely things. The flowers and plants are very reasonable and great quality and whatever we’ve bought here in the past had now established well in our little garden.
Mid afternoon we met the gang at the pub to watch England vs France in the 6 Nations. So disappointing and not what we expected. It’s early days yet though.
As I’m not working tomorrow I’d would’ve liked to stay up for the Super Bowl but of course was asleep by 10pm.
