Lovely day today. Nice lazy morning, then left Mrs P at home supervising #1 Son's studying and headed up the highlands with PP. Didn't have a clue where I would head, just wanted somewhere with mountains and snow, which pretty much covers anywhere north of our house ;)

Even at the highest point on the A9, there wasn't much now. There was some, about a welly deep but the roads were pretty clear. So much for the armageddon the weather people were predicting earlier this week.

Ended up at Dalwhinnie but didn't go in for a dram since it was just the two of us and she's too young to drive (although i've no doubt she would be able to drive the Landi, that thing pretty much drives itself!). Took this shot about 5 mins past the distillery. It was absolutely freezing standing there taking shots and thats with my thermals, lined winter trousers, 2 tops, windproof fleece and outer shell on!

Diet Log:

Breakfast: 2 small ham, cheese, tomato, onion sandwiches, pot of weight watchers yogurt.
Lunch: Healthy chili chicken noodle salad
Dinner: HB Lemon Chicken, peas & carrots
Snack: Fruit Pot.

Still on track with the diet. 4.5KG lost since this time last week and thats before starting any exercise other than walking! I think we'll start on the cross trainer again later this week. Monday & Tuesday are killer days for me at the moment, getting back into 5.40am starts. Mrs P is doing really well too, she's lost 10KG in two weeks. Very proud of her.
