Dull Glow

Quick walk in the dreich start to the day. Attenuated lunchtime as quite a few on the ops list. And still enough appointments including late discharge slots that I struggled to fit in my to do list. Also forgot to take an otoscope home to look at the cat's ear.

Got a quick jog on the treadmill before dinner. Then a walk after while watching Picard, the new TV series. Then fell asleep cuddling P on the floor rolled in a blanket. Now for Duolingo, yoga and bed proper.
