Martika - Love...Thy Will Be Done (recorded January 1991, Paisley Park Studios, Minneapolis MN)
Prince is all over this record which comes from the album Martika's Kitchen (a shorter version was a Top Ten single) and contains a sample of Fifty-Fifty Clown  by the Cocteau Twins. I remember the name Martika but can't recall any of her records. Working with Prince marked a change of direction, and led to Cillian Murphy choosing this to play on 6 Music recently on a programme I caught up with on this day.
