Walk to Ben Vrackie

Took myself off early this morning to get a shot of Ben Vrackie as the sun rose. Problem was we didn't get a bit of sunshine and I wondered down with a bag full of high ISO shots in grey and uninteresting skies.

I'm not sure when the penny dropped but I had forgotten how wonderful it is to be out in the hills by yourself early in morning. Anyway loved the walk down and instead of a grand landscape photo I started paying more attention to the nature around me. These tall trees caught my eye against the grey skies - just upped the exposure to provide a white background.
