New Owner

We went to an open house for the Sotavento condominium construction project. Shown here is the new owner, as of 18 months ago, of the project we have been watching since our arrival 10 years ago. He updated us on the changes he has planned and the progress we can expect to see in the coming months. I will post a more current photo of the site in the coming days to show what has transpired since I last featured it.
