Superior snack

When I’ve had to travel to Glasgow for work, and it’s been a long/bad day, I like to treat myself to sui mai from the Japanese shop near the office.

I confused the guy at the counter with my bad pronunciation. I’m half Chinese but never learned Cantonese at all and so I cause more problems trying. The way I said Sui might have sounded more like the word for few. (Or I might be overthinking this)

Not as bad as the time I talked to a taxi driver in Malaysia and said “I want to go home”, but home sounded like rice so he thought I wanted to go to a restaurant.
