Arnie’s risotto

An extremely busy day for me finished with another visit to the dentist. This time was to remove a piece of root and bone that were somehow left behind when I had my wisdom teeth taken out some three million years ago.

Looking a bit like a chipmunk I wasn’t really in the mood to cook.  Arnie stepped in and this delicious chicken and mushroom risotto was supper.

I think he should cook more often!
