Bone Crumble Kebab

Saw an Orthopaedic Dr this morning and he was very pleasant .Both knees are finished .This which has a long standing relationship with a very long nail is torture .so I've decided to have an operation if a Surgeon will take the risk of femur shattering . Valentines Day won't be heart's and flowers .It will be an MRT at night .I could have gone tomorrow or Monday at 7:30am but  that would have meant dressed in my nightie !!! I wore red and here you see some lovely Belgian chocolate flowers I treated myself to the other day . Off to make a coffee and savour them .

## Just had a call from the MRT praxis . There is a cancellation this Monday coming at 18-45 and would I like that .. I ❤︎ Germany !
