The calm before the coming storm

After the freezing fog cleared, but we are warned of a "Danger to Life"  storm on Sunday, Storm Ciara set to be the worst since 2013 and "Danger to Life warning issued.
Usually high winds don't close the bridge except for high sided vehicles, one ignored the ban on 4th January 2018 and blew over closing the South bound carriageway and before that in 2013 a large lorry that had blown over closed the bridge completely for some hours
