Stonyhurst College

On our way home from Ribchester this afternoon we drove by Stonyhurst College situated near Clitheroe.   This magnificent 16th century manor house is one of the largest buildings in the North West and is home to a famous Catholic co-educational independent boarding and day school for 13-18 year olds.
