All doors back on, new handles and catch plates.
Doors planed for new carpet depth.
Living room woodwork nearly complete, finished tomorrow.
Finally started prep for last bedroom.
Old blinds and fittings to the tip. Measured for new.
Pantry floor laminate down.
New plug and drain fitted to the bath*.

More importantly corned beef, tomato and brown sauce doorsteps for lunch.

* This is absolutely true - went to Screwfix and asked the young assistant for a bath drain kit with a plug. "So that'll be under electrical?" as she flipped through the thousand page catalogue. We workies in our overalls and safety boots shared a mutual chuckle. The Two Ronnies couldn't have written better.
