A railed grave enclosure

From Cullen Old Kirkyard which has several well preserved examples of these iron railings which were intended to give protection against the Resurrectionists. This example is dated 1832 the year in which the Anatomy Act was passed.

The extra shows an impish winged soul from a nearby mural monument.
