Harlaw Reservoir

We went out to the Pentlands this afternoon to walk around Threipmuir and Harlaw Reservoirs from the Red Moss car park. It had been sunny all morning, but when we arrived it was cloudy for a while until the cloud moved away east. The blip is Harlaw Reservoir looking towards Black Hill, a hill spoilt by heather burning for the Grouse, which gives it the artificial vegetation patterns. The extra is a shot from the Red Moss nature trail again looking to Black Hill with almost full moon prominent. They look better large.
