Lazy Sunday Soup Blip

I ended staying up really late on Saturday night well into Sunday morning, when I woke up at 9:30am it appeared to be rather dull outside, I rolled over and went back to sleep! When I finally crawled out of bed it was still very dull outside, so I stayed in and watched more TV (mostly cheesy American comedy repeats).

I had planned on making cauliflower, potato & leek soup, but the local supermarket only had large bags of leeks (way too much for one) and cauliflower & broccoli together. So I ended up making cream of cauliflower, broccoli & Feta cheese soup.

It didn't turn out particularly tasty, maybe it will be better tomorrow.
