Above And Beyond...

Foreshore Walk

There was no sunrise or sunset colours today but at least the sun was out, so we did a five mile walk starting at Sudbrook, South Wales.  It's a small village in between the two Severn Bridges that link with England. We walked the foreshore for about three miles to Caldicot, Portskewett and back.

The tide was out but when brewing up at the end of the walk it was almost in, evidence enough that it's the second fastest tide in the World. I also enjoyed listening to most of the Luton V Cardiff City FC on the car radio as we won 0-1. (Ireland beat Wales in the Six Nations match)

The photograph I like best is of Mrs BB posing with The Second Severn Crossing behind her looking towards Avon, England.

It was good to get the walk in before storm Ciara hits the UK tonight.
