Criminal Loot Storage

Maybe I've been watching too much 'Breaking Bad' but in season 5 they have so much money they can't launder it so it is stacked in a self storage lock-up, Millions of Dollars!
For months I've been wondering what this new building was going to be. Spotted a 'Mitsubishi' sign close by so thought it might be along the lines of the Rygor Mercedes commercial service place which is next door. Spotted it yesterday but couldn't take a photograph so took this one today.
It looks like  a very smart place with two stories, which is unusual. Must have an elevator or not practical for heavy items upstairs of course.
