Burgess parkrun

Started 2020 with a parkrun at Burgess Park. 24:06 is a new PB.

Talked to a couple of runners who were heading to Southwark Park - apparently it is 'a thing' to do two parkruns on New Year's Day. Too much for me at the moment, but maybe next year....
