Tonight we opted for an outside tea, it is just lovely out there today, Mondays are quite liveable if it is nice weather. A real balmy evening, and criminal to eat inside. We had a BBQ of our locally made butcher sausages, a selection of tomato and onion beef sausages and beef and garlic sausages. Eaten with a bit of dijonnaise mustard, Tuimato sauce, BBQ'd onion, cheese and wholegrain bread. The meal was completed by a swiftly tossed together coleslaw, made with cabbage, spring onion, carrot and grated apple, topped with an ETA light coleslaw dressing. Plates almost looked licked clean when we'd done.

We've even got some snarlers leftover, so will be able to have sausage sarnies tomorrow...PERFECT!
