The view from the bridge

This was a snatched shot from the centre of Inverness today. You would think the place would flood, but unlike many unfortunate areas, it almost never does. The sheer width of the river bed may be the key factor, it can take a lot of water. I decided to get the bus home, but they seem to have changed the routes and times, and no-one has a clue any more, even our exasperated female driver.
