Ankerwycke Ruins

Surprising how chilly it was in the sun and wind today. Plenty of snowdrops scattered around the ruins of St Mary's Priory, the site of a Benedictine nunnery built in the 12th century. 

And the yew tree survived Storm Ciara, would take some gale to knock it over now.
