I've never tried this and, sadly, don't have time to try it today so here you have IPPM   (Intentional Post-Processing Movement)   :o))

Raining at dark-o-clock but the sun soon came out, brought some friendly, fluffy clouds with it and I played around a little with "fafflisation and liquification"  -  producing the above. 
  
Maybe it could be a bit of fine photoart??   Maybe not.

My fencing man is coming today to do the minor running repairs on our wobbly posts and attached panelling (mainly caused by the neighbours' fences hammering against them in the high winds last weekend).   
The "cat man" next door has been out and just ripped down his panels and left them laying on the ground - the neighbour on the other side has told me they have a "man coming soon".    
Hmmmmm.  
We'll see.
