Well my day actually started with Line of Duty: arriving at the police college for an event, the first 'morning ma'am' of the day made me immediately feel like Vicky McClure ;-)

How data gives you sightlines to complex issues was the topic of the discussion. Including the amazing figure that 80% of calls to the police are not about crime. Impressed as always by the openness and wide span of how they think about their role creating safety and wellbeing for communities.
