Not Something You See Everyday

I'm up in the spotlight, oh does it feel right
The altitude seems to really get to me.
I'm up on the tightwire linked by life and the funeral pyre

I was walking by the Jardim de Santa Barbara again. 
He pulled over his extended trailer bicycle and was puttering and setting up. But, on my return trip I saw what he was 'up' to! A Celtic tune over his amplifier, and a wee dance to complement.
