Just at the right moment, as we spend time indoors sheltering from the storms, the Women's Prize for Fiction have set a challenge for their 25th year - to read all the previous 24 books. Always up for a challenge and being a lover of lists, I searched the shelves and amazingly came up with 20 of the 24. Here they are - starting with A Spell of Winter which won in 1996 and ending with An American Marriage, which won last year. 

I have read almost all of them at least once, although with some it is a long time ago. There is one I have never been able to read - and it is the one that looks like new - 3rd down on the right. Now am I going to take up the challenge and read/re-read each one . . .
