Slight gaffe

I enjoy revisiting old shots. Today we are staying on the motorhome Aire at Gastes, where on our previous visit I had much camera fun indeed.

We took the dog for a walk and I noticed the great light on the old boathouses but I failed to whip the camera out, choosing instead to capture the scene on our way home... by which time the sun had moved, the light had changed and I was casting my own shadow in the scene.

Really, I am old enough to know better!

Maybe the light will be good in the morning before we leave and I can try again.
