Lake Wakatipu

More amazing mountains and lakes. Today we left Te Anau and travelled north to Queenstown a popular town for young people seeking adrenalin rushes. We walked by the lake, enjoyed our picnic and ate delicious ice cream on the waterfront before driving on to Arrowtown. From there the drive to Wanaka took us up Crown Range a pass of over 1000 metre. Wanaka has plenty on offer for a few days.
