Clutha River at Luggate

Today we parked at Shortcut Road and walked from there down the Clutha River towards the Luggate Boulders.  16,000 steps, or 12 K.  It was very hot and still.  +25C.  There were 20 of us today.  The first extra is of our lunch spot, extra number 2 walking along the track, and number 3 on the Luggate Creek foot bridge.

We had a nice cuppa at a local cafe on the way home, and were joined by 'The Boss' from Tussock Tales who is home for a few weeks.  Welcome back Boss.

Time to put my feet up and relax.
