Manuka beehive

This little clay pot is home to a colony of manuka bees. The top is sealed and the bees fly in and out of the tiny hole in the side . They are very small bees and several of the hives are situated in the shade around the cardamon and coffee plantation. They aid pollination and increase the crop. They are also nice tempered bees and didn't mind me being quite close to photograph them.
The extra is of another hive which is home to a variety of bigger bee.
