Lunchtime wander

I took one look at the live departures for Blackheath station this morning, and knew there was absolutely no point in trying to get into the office today - almost every train was either cancelled or delayed by about an hour. So I worked from home today, and got out for a lovely walk at lunchtime. The sun had come out and everything looked so beautiful in the snow. A real treat in the middle of an otherwise quite boring day!

This tree is the 'Marathon Oak,' planted in 1998 by the Mayor of Greenwich to mark Blackheath as the start of the London Marathon.
