The Russell Institute

Still no snow here but bitterly cold in the wind.

The Russell Institute was donated by Miss Agnes Russell to the burgh of Paisley on 19th March 1927. The building was built as a memorial to her two brothers who had died. It was used as a clinic for the welfare of the children of the County of Renfrew and the Burgh of Paisley.

It is now up for sale, but the Paisley Development Trust hope to guarantee its future.
