Sidewalk Sale

This guy has a wood business going right here on Lombard St.; it's scandalous, or shouldn't it be? We continue to be amazed no one has called the City on him. He sometimes works away on a big wood splitter parked right in the parking strip. You can buy firewood or very nice looking planks ready to be finished up as coffee  tables.  The block has always been a combination of residential and commercial: a few remaining family homes, a couple of houses turned into small taverns, a couple places quietly sitting there with no sign of life, a used clothing store, and this place pedaling wood.
