Notes: Not a huge amount of work for Monday - started the 2nd Prolon fast. Headed out in the morning for Amazon returns and Nespresso used capsules at the UPS Store. Put the bike on top to try to test the new fork adapter - couldn't go fast enough to really see if it would flop around. Went to the pool for an hour and then cleaned up. Tired all day and ended up napping for about an hour and half. Quiet rest of the day.
