it's all about light

An evening spent at an Olympus workshop where some creative light painting was created for us by the renown local landscape photographer Stephen Elliot. He really helped us to get the most out of the the live composite feature in Oly cameras. I think the blips need to be viewed in large to fully appreciate the lighting.
Then we went indoors where an 'ambassador' took me through the in camera focus stacking, something I hadn't fully  understood before. Then there was a portrait section where studio lighting really does make light work of taking people shots. The model had a dark side !

All in all an enjoyable and informative evening, thanks LCE and Olympus.
