"THEY", AGAIN & AGAIN...

...over the last few months" they've" ripped up this poor wee street three times. Just before Christmas "they" replaced the sewers & afterwards "they" patched it all up again. Then, a week later came "Vivaqua", the water company & "they" dug it up & last week it was patched up again...

Should I be surprised to see this morning that "Sibelga", the gas company has come along & ripped it up all over again?

I only hope that when "they've" finished, "they"ll" restore it to its former dignity.

On a more positive note - the (extra) mini daffs are hosting before the Hôtel de Ville!
