A Grand Day Out

One of my lovely ex pupils, her husband and dog are visiting her parents who live not far from us and I was honoured to be invited for a ski tour with them. I forgot she used to ski for the British team for a while and that he is Head of Outdoor Activities in a British Sports School! Oh to be young again, I really suffered for the last half hour. They patiently waited for me on the summit of the Point d'Arpille. They came for dinner tonight with Mum and Dad, such a lovely evening. It is great when ex pupils return as adults and become friends.
