Fox Glacier

A wonderful drive from Wanaka across to the west coast. We had to learn how to operate windscreen wipers for the first time in a month as we drove through cloud / rain. The rainforest clad valleys leading to the glacier were shrouded in low cloud but we walked up as close as possible and the sun shifted some of the cloud allowing us a peep of the glacier. Now only two more days in this beautiful country.
