Seafog over Godley Head

Today was the day for me to get out walking, trying to get fitter for walking the Central Otago Goldfields Cavalcade next week. So instead of going out with the kayakers, I walked the Godley Head Loop Track. The seafog was swirling in as I left Taylors Mistake, and it just got thicker and thicker. Somehow the colour of the very dry summer grasses was more vivid because of the light, helping me choose this image for the WideAngle Wednesday challenge. There's another one in Extras.

It was really hot by the time I got down to Boulder Bay and I was glad I'd had the coolness of the fog up on the tops.
