Back on the books again…

Starting to prepare for the next coaching course…

Nothing much else to report, I did go to see one of my friends who I started cycling with in the early 70’s… He had some old photos of me back then which he is going to scan and send to me…

I will post them if they come out okay…
 
I know a few of my followers here on blip are cyclists so have a look at this video of the final couple of kilos from stage 5 of the Tour du Suisse a few years ago… I was surprised at the amount of shouting going on, there is also quite a lot of pushing riders out of the way.
