Meeting

M had a meeting on Iona so I joined him as far as Fionnphort for the ride.  Because of the rain and wind I didn't want to spend an hour or so outside with the dogs so I didn't go over on the ferry, instead walked part of the way on the new footpath from the village to the Kintra road.  In good weather it'd be lovely!  Then ate biscuits and read in the car. If you look large at the main blip you can see the bin lorry coming off the ferry and also the new village hall that is being built.  M timed his meeting perfectly, the Iona ferry was cancelled for the rest of the day not long after he got back to Fionnphort.  The extra is of a beautiful old corrugated iron shed that I think looks like a caterpillar.

Just realised it is Joe Tree Day, meant to blip a tree but got distracted. Iona doesn’t have many trees but you can just make out a few just above the houses (centre right). Many thanks Joe Tree for setting up Blipfoto.
