Survival Strategies

Today the wind was stronger than expected and northerly so we abandoned our planned walk on the north of the island with its narrow ledges and hill tops! Instead we took a walk along the cliff path just north of SS. Absolutely amazing how these plants seemingly thrive in a mere rock face with no apparent source of water!
