Food again.
This is part of the cauliflower curry I cooked to accompany a Mughal style beef curry. The latter was quite interesting as it involved a spice paste marinade largely consisting of ground seeds (rather than regular spices). The recipe I was roughly following called for sesame, mustard, and poppy seeds, but as I couldn't locate the poppy, I substituted hemp and onion seeds.
Both curries were delicious!
