Thermal autumn ongoing

Thermal winter hasn't started yet in Tampere region, we still have thermal autumn, which started 14 September 2019. Thermal winter starts when average temperature has been below zero for 10 days.
We have never ever had a year without thermal winter. Let's see will 2020 be exception or are warm winters new normal.
