Backyard Wildlife

I had no idea what I was going to blip today but then I kept hearing a rustling under a stormwater grate and there this little fellow was trapped. Actually the cat noticed him before I did.

This is the first time we have ever seen a Blue Tongue lizard in our yard. It must have found its was up the pipe from our back lane about six metres away.

He has now disappeared without showing me his blue tongue but maybe he will call around again.
