Unhappy flowers!!

Bought these lovely tulips last Thursday - for Valentine's Day.  Had not appreciated how much water they would drink.  

Forgot to top them up on Wednesday; so this was the sight I was greeted with this morning.  They did perk up bit during the day (see extra photo.)
