Gluten free banana loaf

Hooray the sun did come out! For an hour at least. We went to Park End Moss to view the new watery landscape, and really the Lythe Valley is now a gigantic wetland. Just as it should be.
I did a little recipe research too, and like the look of this banana loaf, although you would have to ripen some bananas for it as they only seem to come in green these days.
