Immobilised

My back went today, it started last night but this afternoon after being in bed most of the day I had to get up to get something and it totally went into spasm, everyone was out, I just couldn’t get off the floor, Poor Max had to come back from the gym to rescue me, he gave me neurofen and brandy and a cold pack and a duvet and I lay there for a few hours, eventually staggered downstairs and sat watching tv.
