BALI DAY 1

PLEASE NOTE THE EFFORT I GO TO FOR BLIP...WING WALKING TO GET THE PHOTO OF US LANDING IN DUBAI!!!! :))))

We had a very productive morning in the house then at 3:00pm GMT we got our taxi to the station, then train to Gatwick. We arrived 40 mins before check in opened but queues were already starting!!! We checked in...problem with seats on 2nd leg as there were not 2 seats left together:(((( we weren’t happy!!! Oh well...complain on return
We had treated ourselves to the lounge is was nice and calm got a few drinks in :))) food was disappointing though. Not sure I’d do that lounge again.
Flight at 8:25....Great first leg of our trip to Dubai...love an airplane meal and a movie....watched Lowry...good film if you haven’t seen it. Our transfer to our next flight was very efficient no time for even a cuppa but great to have a 20 min walk between terminals.
When we got on the plane a crew member was determined to make sure we were sat together and even brought us a glass of bubbly and a mini box of chocolates each.
